In your experience will IWC service in Texas keep my tritium dial when they service my watch or do they replace the vintage dial with a new one if I send my 3706 in for service?

InsiderThey will keep it, if you tell them to do so. Had my pocket watch in full service and we kept the original dial with a fine haircrack.
Just make sure you have this clarified at the beginning.
