I don't know if I am breaking any forum rules by posting images of a Patek, but due to my point I think it is totally IWC-related.

I myself has the IWC Vintage Collection
    Ingenieur and I love it.

I was very suprised to find pictures of this Patek showing in my opinion extreme resemblance to the IWC.

Just look at the dial and the hand, albeit the IWC being better looking they indeed look like siblings..

Have Patek copied the lovely IWC or what?

    Best regards

    Anton

For reference I'll post the IWC aswell.

Other angles would show the resemblance more.

At that time, a lot of brands used similar design.

IWC Vintage extremely similar to Patek

The Patek Philippe you have shown was introduced in 2000 so in the modern era it clearly pre-dates the Ingenieur in styling. As hebe says during the late 1950's and 1960's other watch companies used similar cases, dials and hands but my understanding is the Patek Philippe Amagnetic watches had sub seconds rather than centre seconds.

You might find the link below about antimagnetic watches useful.
