What watch box?

Hello everyone, first post!

I'm really sorry if this topic comes up a lot but I've just bought my first IWC (and first high end) watch. It's a Spitfire chrono in steel with the metal bracelet (IW387804) which I'll add the leather strap to next week.

Anyway, needless to say the first time I flew with it I shoved it in my bag at security and scratched the case back. Lesson learned. Just wondered what members would recommend for a decent watch box for home (5 watches) and a travel case for 1 or 2 watches. I only need to protect the case back on my IWC, my (brilliant) G-shock can look after itself, but its somewhere to stop it and others getting lost.

Sometimes I used to put my watch in a nice thick tennis sock to travel. Over time, I have had so many Omegas serviced and Omega return the watches in a fantastic zippered pouch that has a cushion inside, with slots for the bracelet. I now travel with my watches in hese pouches.

You need a watch case custom made for luxury watches both while you are storing them at home or when you are travelling. You should have a look at watch box at dltradingau.com.au/product-category/luxury-watch-case/ perfectly suited for your requirement.

There are many watch boxes available that you can find through Google. Here are a variety of IWC watch storage solutions that I have accumulated over the years:

P.S.: The system also works fine for wrist watches, but as I have more PW than WW and WW are smaller, the box for WW needs only to be a bit smaller...

I put my watch inside my shoe and place my shoe in the plastic container and send it through the security thing at airport. no issues!
