I have recently discovered the world of vintage watches, and especially the classic Cal 89. My research has shown me that over the course of some thirty years, over 220,000 Cal 89s were produced with different variations of the dial, lugs, case material, etc.

Of course, an eventual purchase will depend entirely on what is available on the market at that point of time, but I would just like to seek people's views on which dial variation they like, and why? I am aware that some have Roman numerals, others have Arabic numerals, and many also had baton hour markers in varying lengths. Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

I realise now that I should have placed this in the Vintage section. Apologies.
